Drugs & Trials track.

Drugs and Trials is the track with the most solid ground. It explains how a peptide becomes a medicine, why most of them are injected, and how phased trials pick the dose levels that later appear on a label. When a note mentions milligrams, it reports what a trial arm used or what an approved label states, and it says when a compound has no approval anywhere.

Begin with reading a clinical trial from phase I to III and why most peptides cannot be swallowed. For current compounds, how retatrutide trial doses were chosen traces the 4, 9 and 12 mg arms, and does tesamorelin cause cancer reads the Egrifta label line by line.
