Reality Check is the skeptical track. It reads sales pages, price lists and dosage charts the way a reviewer would, asking what each claim rests on. Products marked for research use are not judged fit for people, and the notes explain what that label means in practice, without naming a single seller. Side effect notes report what the research record logged, not forum anecdotes.
